Gothic Ornament

Can you recommend another composer for me?

I’m looking for someone else to listen to. I love Beethoven, Bach, Schumann, Rachmaninoff, and Chopin. I’ve been listening recently to Mahler, Debussy, Mozart, Haydn and Enescu, who are all fantastic, but not really my taste. I lean towards either that staunch Baroque ornament (like Bach) or the passion of Romantic composers (like Beethoven). Any recommendations from the more musically educated?
Bonus points for composers that:
- sound like they belong in a Gothic cathedral
- sound like they belong in a royal court
- sound like they wrote in their own blood in a frenzy

try listening to Corelli, Teleman,Scarlatti, Handel, Vivaldi, Paul Hindemith.
Sixteenth centuries like Orlandus Lassus, Palestrina, Zarlino.
